Bernice Rubens sheds light on her experiences in the Soviet Union where she was attempting to research for her novel, Brothers. She also talks about the inspiration behind her first book, Set On Edge and why it was harder to write this second book. Bernice Rubens is also the author of Mate In Three and The Elected Member, which won the prestigious Booker Prize for Fiction.
