Clea Simon is the author of Mad House, Fatherless Women, The Feline Mystique, and a mystery novel, Mew is for Murder. She talks with David Kurz about growing up in the shadow of mentally ill siblings, the mysterious connection between women and cats, and the changes women go through when they lose their fathers.
