Diane Wood Middlebrook, author of Anne Sexton: A Biography, Suits Me: The Double Life of Billy Tipton, and Selected Poems: Anne Sexton, is an expert on Anne Sexton. She a big fan of studying history and is in love with the historical background and life of Anne Sexton. However, her writings don't afford to let her only write. She also teaches. She quotes Anne Sexton as saying, "Rhyming form actually triggers the unconscious, which is where poetry starts."
