Ellen Currie discusses why it took her so long to write her first novel in this 1986 interview. She tells Don about her horrible case of writer’s block, and how she finally overcame it. Her novel, Available Light, is discussed, and she describes the main character, Kitty. She also tells of her experiences working in advertising.
