Audio Interview with Harold Evans

Harold Evans discusses his experiences being a reporter in the American South during the civil rights movement in this 1985 interview. He also talks about the many jobs he has held and his relationship with Rupert Murdoch. Evans was once the editor of the Sunday Times in Britain and he talks about his feelings towards Rupert Murdoch after Murdoch bought the paper and tried to get Evans to quit. In 2004, Evans was knighted for his services to journalism.
