In this 1989 interview with Don Swaim, Henry Reath discusses the First Edition Library and how he came up with the idea for the library. Reath wanted to publish modern American literature and authors such as Steinbeck and Faulkner. Reath also discusses the reproduction printing process and the materials used in publishing the books.
