Don Swaim Interviews

Audio Interview with Jonathan Yardley

In this 1989 interview with Don Swaim, Jonathan Yardley discusses his research in order to write a book about his family called Our Kind of People: The Story of an American Family. He wanted to show the details of ordinary lives and wanted to get the point across that we all lead narrow lives but how a person leads their life is more imprtant than the world around you.
