Marge Piercy, author of Circles on the Water, Woman on the Edge of Time and Sleeping with Cats, speaks with Don Swaim about what it was like to grow up in Detroit. She also talks about the differences of growing up during the 50s and 60s, the drug culture and issues of feminism. She also discusses her husband, who is also a writer and their eagerness to check each other's work.
