| Reynolds Price discusses his recent induction into the American Academy of Arts and Letters and his recently published book Good Hearts . In High school he knew he wanted to be a writer and teacher. He graduated from Duke University and he now teaches at the University and also continues to write. He also talks of going through radiation for a malignant tumor in his spinal cord in this 1988 interview with Don Swaim.
