Audio Interview with Robert Coover

Robert Coover visits Don in 1986 to discuss his newest novel, Gerald’s Party, and its unconventional structure. He also talks about his educational background, his experiences while living in England and the impact that Samuel Beckett had on his life. Coover is also the author of The Public Burning, Spanking the Maid and John’s Wife. He is the recipient of the Dugannon Foundation’s REA award for his lifetime contribution to the short story.
