Audio Interview with Thomas Fleming

Thomas Fleming tells us when and why he started studying and writing about American history, and how it evolved into what he calls, "novels of the historical imagination." He also discusses his latest novel, The Officer's Wives, and describes some of his experiences in the Navy. Thomas Fleming is a Fellow of the Society of American Historians, and a contributing editor of the Quarterly Journal of Military History.
